Structural Waterproofing Surveyor

North of Scotland

OTE £30-40k

Wise Basement Systems Ltd (a specialist division of Wise Property Care) is the country’s leading basement and structural waterproofing specialist. Using award winning products, new innovative ideas and a forward-thinking approach; we have helped solve wet basement and underground damp structural problems that the waterproofing industry has faced for decades.

Due to a period of exiting growth, we are now seeking a Specialist Water Management Surveyor to join our team whose day to day role will include the following:

  • Surveying properties 
  • Production of detailed reports and estimates
  • To develop and retain a strong client base
  • Sales negotiation
  • Project management

To be considered, the ideal candidate will need the following:

  • Good knowledge of building construction gained from similar roles/trades
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to deal with clients at all levels
  • A full drivers license
  • Preferably based in Aberdeen
  • Based and willing to travel within the North of Scotland area
  • CAD experience would also be beneficial
  • CSSW Qualified preferably, but not a requirement
